These Terms govern the use of the finstudio.tax website (the “Website”), owned by FinStudio, Nicosia, Cyprus. By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
2.1. All materials on the Website, including calculators, checklists, deadline calendars, document selectors and articles, are provided for information only.
2.2. Calculation results are not tax, legal or financial advice, do not constitute a professional opinion and must not be the sole basis for any decision.
2.3. Final tax liabilities are determined by the Tax Department of the Republic of Cyprus on the basis of the return as filed and supporting documents. Account opening decisions are made by the bank.
3.1. Calculations are based on the law of the Republic of Cyprus in force at the date of publication and on the information entered by the user.

4.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, including decisions taken on the basis of calculation results.
4.2. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent and gross negligence.
4.3. Using the Website does not create a client–adviser relationship. Such a relationship arises only once a separate service agreement has been concluded.
5.1. Sending a request through the Website, by email or by messenger does not conclude a contract and does not oblige us to accept the engagement.
5.2. We may decline to provide services without giving reasons, including where there is a conflict of interest or where anti-money-laundering requirements cannot be met.
5.3. Please send documents containing confidential information only by email to info@finstudio.tax, not through messengers.
6.1. The Website’s content, including texts, design, the structure of the selectors and the calculation methods, is protected by copyright.
6.2. You may use the Website’s materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, reproduction and distribution for commercial purposes without written permission are not allowed.
The Website may contain links to third-party resources, including official sources and messengers. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their availability or their data processing policies.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9.1. We may change these Terms. The current version is published on the Website with its date.
9.2. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
